Activated Alumina Desiccant Pellets 2-5 mm | DUBI CHEM

Enhance the efficiency of your industrial drying processes with DUBI CHEM Activated Alumina Desiccants. Manufactured from high-quality bauxite ore, this product is calcined and activated to achieve a high surface area and uniform pore structure, ensuring superior moisture adsorption capabilities. The 2-5 mm granule size is specifically engineered to balance contact time and pressure drop, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical and petrochemical applications.

Key Features

• High Adsorption Capacity: Optimized pore volume for maximum water uptake.
• Uniform Granulation: 2-5 mm size minimizes bed channeling and ensures even flow distribution.
• Chemical Stability: Resistant to thermal shock and chemical degradation under standard operating conditions.
• Regenerable: Can be reactivated through thermal regeneration, extending service life and reducing waste.

Applications

This desiccant is widely used in the dehydration of natural gas, air, and other inert gases. It is also effective in drying solvents, oils, and other liquid streams in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Its reliability makes it a preferred choice for protecting equipment from moisture-related corrosion and maintaining process purity.
