Kelevan PVA Bond-313 Bonding Agent & Primer – 20 L

Kelevan PVA Bond-313 is a premium polyvinyl acetate (PVA) bonding agent and surface primer engineered for demanding construction environments. It creates a strong chemical bridge between existing substrates and new applications, ensuring durable, long-lasting bonds that resist delamination, cracking, and surface failure.

This high-performance formulation is ideal for sealing porous masonry, reducing dust emission, and reinforcing weak substrates before the application of plaster, screeds, or renders. By improving the keying properties of the surface, it guarantees uniform coverage and consistent adhesion, even on challenging or irregular surfaces.

Key Features & Benefits

• Enhances adhesion between old and new cementitious materials, preventing peeling and flaking.
• Seals porous walls and floors to reduce dust and improve surface integrity.
• Reinforces weak or crumbling substrates, providing a stable base for subsequent layers.
• Versatile use as a primer for plastering, a bonding agent for screeds, and a keying coat for rendering.
• Easy to apply and compatible with standard cementitious mixes and construction techniques.
