Sigma 0852 Acrylic Primer Sealer is a high-performance, water-based formulation designed to seal and prime porous cement-type substrates, including concrete, plaster, and cement boards. This product serves as an essential preparatory layer that enhances the adhesion of topcoats while preventing excessive absorption of subsequent paint layers, thereby optimizing paint usage and finish quality.

Formulated with acrylic copolymer resins, this primer offers superior sealing properties and alkali resistance, making it unsaponifiable and durable in various environmental conditions. It is moisture vapour permeable, allowing walls to 'breathe' while protecting against dampness. The primer dries quickly and is almost odourless, making it suitable for occupied spaces. It conforms to SASO 2060-2018 standards for interior and exterior emulsion paints and meets environmental specifications for low volatile organic compounds (VOC).
